B.  MANUFACTURING PROCESS

1. 1.  Raw materials received for NutraSmart capsules are placed in quarantine until identification tests are completed and cites has been clarified.  If the materials has meet the measures that the industry standards approves the raw materials will be released and moved on to step 2.

1. 2.  When released, the raw materials will be weighed out as specified in the formula documents.  Each weighing is weighed twice to minimize faulty results.

1. 3.  All the active ingredients are blended together accordingly to the formula specifications and regulations. Fillers will be added secondly after the active ingredients have been blended. At this stage the formula will be classified as “Granted for examination” which leads it to step 4.

1. 4.  The formula is then filled into NutraSmart capsules.  Weight specifications are followed as specified in the formula. 

1. 5.  Quality controls will follow all throughout the process of the manufacturing process. Every 45 minutes the manufacturer team will receive a status report and verify this status report manually at scene. This equals in double check of Quality control every 45 minute.

1. 6.  The capsules will now be “dusted” of and cleaned to remove any fill material that might have had contact to the outside of the capsule. Afterwards the capsules will finally reach the laboratory for a last Quality control before they are bottled, labeled and air sealed before the final product will be shipped to our distributors.
